Upgrade License from Navision Attain US 3.0x / 3.1x to Microsoft Navision Attain US 3.60 – CRM – Service.

In Microsoft Navision Attain US 3.60, we have split the granule 5910, Service Order Management into two separate new granules. This has been done to accommodate the market demand. We have created a new granule, 5912, Service Price Management, which includes the improved service price management functionality previously found in granule 5910. This means that all service price management functionality has been moved to the new granule from granule 5910. The “remaining” improved service order management features have been collected in a new granule; 5911. This has been done without any total price changes for the affected granules.

We have also changed the granular requirements for the granule 5930, Service Contract Management, in Attain US 3.60. Granule 5920 will no longer be required to configure the Service Contract Management granule. The only granular requirements for this granule will be granule 3260, Basic Receivables and granule 3270, Sales invoicing. This change has also been done to accommodate the market demand. We have collected the new improved Service Contract Management functionality in a new granule, 5931.

Existing customers who have purchased / configured granules 5910 and/or 5930 and who have a valid subscription to the upgrade program (for either or both of the above affected granules) must have their existing granules upgraded to the new granules, free of charge, in accordance with the table below:
